Another big but eventful day

Today Lorna Howard and myself at the local coffee shop, worked out the format and activities for the Family Services in Gisborne and all look most exciting. Then a visit to the Riddells Creek Opp shop. Wow! What an impressive outfit and well oiled machine this is. I was even spoilt in being given lunch by the girls on duty. Very enjoyable. The Melbourne Cup display in their window shows a real flair for display. Next was the Pastoral Care team at Macedon. Again this is a very caring group who again are well organised. They basically look after those who are ill and need special care and TLC. The meeting today was a report back from each member of those under their care. Photos were taken of the opp shop team only to then leave the camera gear at Macedon. Oh Dear! Old Age is a painful thing. A trip back later in the week now will be necessary to retrieve it. The photos will have to be put up at the weekend after I retrieve the camera on Saturday afternoon.

All in all, a very full on day.
