Where has 2009 gone?

December has been a busy month with frequent trips to the Gisborne Parish for their Christmas and pre-Christmas celebrations. Then there was the Werribee Christmas Lighting Festival each night (Dec 7-22) - http://www.grassroots.com.au/FestivalXMAS2009/index.html.

Then it was the birthdays (Mine on 18th (Thai night) and Ros's on the 20th - Actual party on the 19th at home in style). This was a great time as all the kids were home and stayed with us, and Ros's brothers & partners (Robert & Robyn) & (Allan & Lorraine) shared with us as well. An impressive event. The birthday girl did very well with her pressies including a Cliff Richard's concert from the kids and a night in Melbourne in January & a week on the Gold Coast in May amongst other gems.

Oh did I forget! - The Sydney Tattoo in February as well.

The next big effort will be two weeks in Adelaide in January for Anna's wedding on the 16th.

WOW! Who said retirement was dull.
