Have been attending a little semi local church with 10 regulars (8 plus us) . 6 weeks in a row, then a 4 week break looking after Saint Albans. Today greeted with "Nice to see you back". Sadly they have never asked who we were or what we do or if retired etc. Is it really asking too much to be treated as someone valued. It is no wonder people don't attend church.
